Good data processing procedure dictates that any
program be thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying
on it. The user must assume the entire risk of using the program.
DATALINKSOFT WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS OR
CORRUPTION. IN NO EVENT SHALL DATALINKSOFT OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE
LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION,
DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES,
DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF
BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS)
Limited Warranty
30 day warranty from the software install date that
the work performed is "bug free". During this 30 day period, if any
"bugs" are discovered our developers will be fixed at no charge.
This Limited Warranty is void if failure of the software product has
resulted from accident, abuse or misapplication.
